A leading aesthetic physician and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Grishkevich is the founder and Medical Director of NW Laser & Skin Care Center.
He is passionate about helping patients look as young as they feel with remarkable results. NW Laser & Skin Care Center offers the latest in skin and body treatments. Using lasers, injectable fillers and other proven cosmetic procedures that are safe, effective affordable and require little or no down time for recover.
Dr. Grishkevich received his medical degree with honors from the Moscow Medical Academy, and served an internship and residency at the Marshal University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He has received advanced training and is certified in all clinical treatments and procedures performed at the spa.

IHi, I’m Nicole! I’ve had the pleasure of working here at NW Laser for the past 10 years, as a master aesthetician/ laser tech and office manager. What gets me most excited about skin care is being able to help patients regain their confidence and feel good about themselves. My favorite treatment is Microneedling! Having acne as a teen, I was left with pitted scarring and uneven skin tone. After my first couple of Microneedling sessions I noticed a drastic improvement in both the texture of my skin and the scarring, that I was so self conscious about. I finally feel confident in my own skin and want nothing more than to make my patients feel the same joy. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur-baby, Gauge. Summer time you’ll find us camping, at the dunes or on the lake. Winter time, we’re headed wherever there’s snow! We love adventuring and traveling to new places.

Hi, my name is Andrea! I joined the NW Laser team in 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator and marketing specialist! I enjoy consulting with patients and determining what treatments will achieve their unique needs. A few of my personal favorite treatments are laser hair removal, chemical peels and microneedling. Not having to worry about shaving has completely changed my life! I also have very sensitive skin and suffer from pigmentation issues and uneven skin tone, so peels and microneedling have helped tremendously! Outside of work, I love spending time with family, as well as our two aussies, Canela & Milo. .

Hi everyone! My name is Crystal and I have been a part of the wonderful team at NW Laser & Skin Care since June of 2021. I have been a licensed Esthetician for over 10 years. I went back to school to become a Licensed Master Esthetician in 2020. Having had a lot of insecurities myself, I became passionate about skincare and helping people early on in life. I think confidence is so important and I want everyone to be able to feel happy in their own skin! Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, soaking up any sunshine by the water, playing pool or cornhole, BBQing with friends, or off exploring new places. .
