Mole removal in Vancouver WA
About Moles and Skin Tags.
Skin Tags, pieces extra skin that decorates the neck, underarms, and other areas of the skin of most of us. In case you want to remove them, Max Grishkevich, MD, is able to do this very easily. The majority of moles and skin tags are not hazardous to your health and do not have to be removed. You may, however, enhance your appearance by eliminating them without any discomfort or downtime.
Skin tags can be smooth or wrinkled and range in size from very little (1 mm) to approximately the size of a grape. A stalk attaches the skin tag to the underlying skin, but very small skin tags may appear as raised bumps on the skin. Skin tags are typically fleshy or brown in light-skinned individuals.
Skin tags are not typically painful and do not cause any particular symptoms or ailments. Bleeding, however, may occur when a skin tag gets caught on clothing or is otherwise damaged. Skin tags are not usually associated with any particular symptoms or diseases. However, diabetes and acanthosis nigricans are associated with the appearance of skin tags, from which we can conclude that conditions that lead people to diabetes may affect the formation of skin tags.
